Football - Boost team performance At the start of the season we were invited to a League clubs first home game at the invitation of a director of the club.

We were there to view the team in action and suggest how CPD + TLLAL could improve the teams points won.

The club in question had for the past 4 seasons averaged less than 50% effective relative to the points on offer.

We presented the club with a detailed written plan using the Team Building Culture of Success Framework which was presented to the Board in August; a copy was also given to the manager.

During the season the team were always in a play-off position and were automatically promoted at the end of the season.

Discretion has been exercised so we have deleted the name of the manager and club.
