Round 1 - The Championship, League 1 and League 2

Percentage effectiveness compared to points on offer.
After round one in the Championship we have 4 teams at 100% effective, 16 teams at 33.3% effective on 4 teams at 0% effective. League 1 has 8 teams at 100% effective, 8 teams at 33.3% effective and 8 teams at 0% effective. League 2 has 9 teams at 100%effective, 6 teams at 33.3% effective and 9 teams at 0% effective. Twenty one teams have started the season in the best possible way, whilst fifty one teams have plenty of catching up to do if they are to be in the play offs this season. A highly interactive debriefing session should have taken place and from this the manager and coaches can plan for the coming week. Issues such as injuries, skill and competency levels, team work (working and thinking as one) morale and communication will be highlighted during the session. This is in part what TLLAL represents to a club: it is embedding a desire to want to develop and improve the levels of on pitch performance and results or points won.
