Our 'football troubleshooter' service is gaining some good credibility for our methodology rather than psychology approach to helping teams improve their performances. Our results have a high impact, are immediate and can be sustainable.
We are currently working with the manager of a national side as part of the development of that country's national team. We have also been invited to help with the development of the national association's set up. A meeting at Easter is planned to move the project forward. We have worked with a League club this season and are currently talking to a sporting director and a manager at two League clubs (a Championship club and a League Two club), and there is some potential for working with a Premiership club. But our main interest is helping English clubs, managers and players. Our ultimate goal is to help with the development of English managers towards the appointment of an English manager as manager of the England team. Managing - how to be the best Managing successfully in football means you have a team that delivers the number of points required – it also means you do not have to have the best players to deliver those points. To be the best manager in football the team needs to score the most points. Therefore you need the best people improvement and team management tools to develop the best team. There is a need for you to understand each player as an individual and then mould them into “as one” – to reach the point at the top of the triangle. When the team are working “as one” they will be the best. There are no reasons why you cannot be more successful – only excuses! |
