The KPI that = Success in Football

The main Key Performance Indicator (KPI) in football is percentage effectiveness of the team relative to the points on offer. When Manchester United won the Premiership last season they scored 90 points and were 79% effective as a team. In The Championship Wolves scored 90 points and were 65% effective as a team.
How effective is your team so far this season? Even at this early stage of the season looking at the percentage effectiveness of your team will give you an indication of where they are now relative to the benchmark of the competition last season. If you are a Premiership club and want to win the competition your team should be operating at 79% - 85% effective relative to the points on offer. If you are a Championship club and want to win the competition your team should be operating at 65% - 85% effective relative to the points on offer. Improving the percentage effectiveness of your team: Debrief. Implement a plan using CPD, TLLAL and SMART objectives. Deliver improved team results and the percentage effectiveness of your team. The use of CPD and TLLAL will have your team operating at up to 85% effective and winning the competition during season 2009/10. |
