Football, CPD and TLLAL – The Reasons Why Verses The Cause

There are many reasons why a team is not performing to its potential but there is only one cause.
Some of the reasons are, there is an injury crisis, key players are missing, we lost composure, we did not take our chances, we did not create enough chances and the list goes on. CPD and TLLAL will overcome all the reasons why, by identifying the cause. We have so many injuries, if you introduce an injury prevention plan these will reduce. We lost composure, if you stay calm and in control of your emotions you will not lose composure. We did not take our chances, if the players had of the confidence, skills and competencies they would take their chances and create many more. The cause of all the above lies is in the way the team is prepared. Most managers will not have heard about or used CPD and TLLAL. CPD and TLLAL will enable the manager to develop a detailed written plan of how to get the team from where they are now to where the club wants to be, in line with the business plan developed by the Board. Equally important, is the detailed written plan about how the manager is going to develop himself and his coaching staff during the rest of this season and next to be able to cope with the demands of managing and succeeding at the next level and beyond for the long term.
