A FOCUS ON CLUB AND COMMUNITY - LEAD NOT FOLLOW

HELPING FOOTBALL TEAMS IMPROVE RESULTS THROUGH EDUCATION

ADDING VALUE TO THE SQUAD AND IMPROVING BOTTOM LINE PROFITS

The Team Building Culture of Success Framework is about player education and empowerment – it improves their ability to work as 1, as a team and deliver improved results.

The club will improve its financial performance and community relationships.

The Key Performance Indicator (KPI) used is percentage effectiveness relative to points on offer: e.g. If a team has played 10 games there are 30 points available. If the team has won 15 points they are 50% effective

Stage1 of the Framework:

Results of between 70% - 80% effective relative to points on offer, or 97 - 110 points will be won in an English Championship, League 1 or 2 season (46 games or 138 points available).

Football clubs will win silverware and promotion when they embrace the Framework.
The club will not need to spend tens of millions of pounds trying to “buy” promotion.

The Framework adds value to the business and is owned by the club.

It is embedded into the teams training and development operation and provides the Board with:
• A detailed written plan of how to win silverware and promotion.
• A professional appraisal of the players and coaching staff outlining their skills and competencies measured against a benchmark of 100%.
• A personal development plan (PDP) is agreed for each player and staff member.
• A daily training and development plan for the players and coaches is introduced and incorporates part of their PDP – Adding value (£) to the squad.
• A measure of improvement will be recorded and reported to the Board monthly.

Continuous Professional Development (CPD) has been introduced and embedded

The Team Building Culture of Success Framework has been developed using internationally recognised standards. It uses Investors in People (IiP), KPI`s, appraisals, personal development plans, benchmarks, milestones, goal setting, SMART objectives, SWOT analysis and sharing the vision, all aimed at delivering the business plan and the Boards vision.

The Foundation: We measure,

• Using a benchmark of 100%.
• The time it takes a player to run 10 kilometres and recover.
• Resting heart rate

Our experience at managing the development of players and delivering improved team and financial results in line with the businesses objectives will become evident during discussions with the Board.

Keeping it simple: The philosophy behind the success of this world class Team Building Culture of Success Framework:

• Lead: Leadership Skills. Learn from the best - always wanting 2aspireto improve.

• Respect all and fear no one.

• Work hard and smart and learn from each experience (CPD).

• Be the Best: The benchmark uses 100% which is The Best.

The features:

• It is results driven.

• Learning and knowledge based.

• Embeds a culture of success and winning mentality into the team.

• Develops and promotes from within.

• Uses local and international best practice.

The Framework teaches the players to:

• Be yourself: Take control of their own destiny, be the success they always wanted to be.

• Do what they do naturally: Improve their skills and competencies (CPD) - the team will dazzle the opposition and impress all.

• Stay calm and in control of their emotions: Have Presence, Power and be Professional 24 by 7.

• Have fun: Be Confident, display cohesive teamwork by consistently thinking and playing as 1 and giving their best performance.

We hope this will be of value to you, the club and community. If agreed we look forward to building our long term working relationship and call this wealth creation.
