The Team Building Culture of Success Framework is unique to top flight Spanish football and we would like to introduce it into English football. After 22 games (66 points) Barcelona has won 61 or 92.4% of points available. The players have been developed to play as a team, as one and are highly skilled in the techniques above. Your team: The players have a high level of individual footballing skills which do not reflect in the team results. After 25 games (75 points) your team has won 45 or 60% of points available. Using stage 1 of the Framework, improving their teamwork skills, they would have won 56 or 75% of points available. Embed the Framework, strengthen the squad and improve results without buying more players. The Framework redefines the way the game is played. In attack it has a process which empowers the team to score more goals than it concedes. In defence it identified the reasons why over 95% of goals were conceded, teaches the team to recognise the reasons and take appropriate action to avoid conceding more than they score.
