Do today with tomorrow in mind Intelligent Football (IF) is about education, teaching people how to reach their true potential and self development. It reduces the need to spend substantial sums of money buying quality players. The process strengthens a team using learning and development to improve capabilities and quality. Clubs are able to produce a conveyor belt of quality home grown players, coaches and future managers. Results driven a club can build a quality team, sustainable business, meet its social responsibilities in the community within budget and comply with UEFA`s Financial Fair Play (FFP) rules. It teaches about Life’s experiences, Visual Solutions and appraising. No one is alienated; players are professionally appraised and often found to be performing below their true potential. A methodology called TLLAL teaches the players to Think and Learn to link their brain to their feet. Evidence suggests these techniques and skills are not used by many clubs. Experienced managers and coaches do not mean success. Many clubs have changed experienced managers and coaches when results were poor. Research suggests many managers and coaches do little or no self development.
