We are all including managers responsible for our own health and well being. Please ensure you have an "annual MOT" and are proactive in maintaining good health.
The game itself has not changed a great deal but the way people prepare for and deliver results is evolving – constantly improving in both player development and management. If results are not being achieved the culture in football means some managers view any “outside help” as a negative rather than a positive. To bring in a specialist (troubleshooter) with many more years experience to help the manager improve results brings benefits to the game, club, community and country. “We were in a position last April to help a club avoid relegation and are pleased to report that twelve months later the manager is still in post and results this season continue to improve.” “Our main interest is helping English clubs, managers and players. Our ultimate goal is to help with the development of English managers towards the appointment of an English manager as manager of the England team.” |
