The club will improve its financial performance and community relationships. The Key Performance Indicator (KPI) used is percentage effectiveness relative to points on offer: e.g. If a team has played 10 games there are 30 points available. If the team has won 15 points they are 50% effective Stage1 of the Framework: Results of between 70% - 80% effective relative to points on offer, or 80 - 91 points will be won in an English Premiership season (38 games or 114 points available). Football clubs will win silverware and the title when they embrace the Framework. The club will not need to spend tens of millions of pounds trying to buy silverware. The Framework adds value to the business and is owned by the club. It is embedded into the teams training and development operation and provides the Board with: A detailed written plan of how to win silverware and the title. A professional appraisal of the players and coaching staff outlining their skills and competencies measured against a benchmark of 100%. A personal development plan (PDP) is agreed for each player and staff member. A daily training and development plan for the players and coaches is introduced and incorporates part of their PDP - Adding value (£) to the squad. A measure of improvement will be recorded and reported to the Board monthly. Continuous Professional Development (CPD) has been introduced and embedded The Team Building Culture of Success Framework has been developed using internationally recognised standards. It uses Investors in People (IiP), KPI`s, appraisals, personal development plans, benchmarks, milestones, goal setting, SMART objectives, SWOT analysis and sharing the vision, all aimed at delivering the business plan and the Boards vision.
